Dr Abdou Ambarka is an advanced data scientist with significant experience of working with data and emerging technologies in emerging contexts. For instance, he has written a thesis on the creation of a treatment chain that uses emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and multimodal biometrics not only to speed up the diagnosis of a disease (as in the case of malaria), but also to ensure the security of results and their secure exchange between healthcare professionals in the context of a Shared Medical Record. Since 2018, he has been Head of Digital Infrastructure & Cotonou Campus at Sème City in Cotonou, Benin.
