Guillaume Soulères has been developing technical and economic expertise in digital infrastructure and services since 2011, particularly in very high-speed digital development. With more than 10 years of experience, he began his career by assisting French local authorities in defining and implementing territorial strategies for fiber-to-the-home, datacenter, and smart city projects. He then supported private players (operators, equipment manufacturers) and institutions in their strategies concerning next-generation access (FTTH, FTTLA, etc.) or innovative services (IoT, Smart City, mobile), on technical, economic, marketing, regulatory or public policy topics. His recent work has mostly focused on due diligences for private investors and financial institutions regarding M&A activities for digital infrastructure in Europe and Africa, as well as supporting policy makers and regulators in Africa to enable sustainable growth in connection to innovative services
