Quentin LEBEGUE has been Head of the Urban Resilience and Social Linkage Unit within the Hanoi AFD agency since July 2018. In this capacity, he pilots the appraisal and monitoring of projects financed by AFD in Vietnam in the urban sector whether it be urban transport (Hanoi metro) or urban resilience issues (flood management, sanitation, public space development...). He holds two Master's degrees in political science and international relations from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He joined AFD in 2008 and has worked in Asia, Africa and the Middle East, particularly in the sustainable city, energy and education sectors.
