Expertise France is France’s public agency and interministerial actor in charge of international technical cooperation, the second-largest in Europe. Agence Française de Développement (AFD) implements France’s policy on international development and solidarity. The Digital for Development (D4D) Hub is a strategic platform that aims to strengthen digital cooperation between the European Union and its Member States and partner countries in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean and the EU Eastern Neighborhood. Our joint mission is to promote a human-centric approach to digital transformation. We do so by increasing coordination, facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues, sharing digital expertise and boosting investments.
